A11y Audit scans entire Figma pages for contrast and target-size issues and exports a client-ready report — catch problems while they're still cheap to fix, in design.

The European Accessibility Act is in force.
Since 28 June 2025, a wide range of digital products and services sold in the EU must meet accessibility requirements based on WCAG / EN 301 549. Enforcement is ramping through 2026. Agencies and freelancers increasingly need to show their work — and the cheapest place to fix contrast and sizing is in the design file, not after launch.
of the most common accessibility failures are contrast-related — the exact thing you can catch in design.
required contrast for normal body text under WCAG 2.2 SC 1.4.3. A11y Audit checks every text run, not just the first.
to scan 500+ layers on a whole page — fast enough to run before every hand-off.
From design file to client-ready report.
No account, no upload, no AI guesswork. Every check runs locally inside your Figma file.
Scan the page
Select a frame or hit Whole page. A11y Audit walks every text layer and interactive element, segment by segment, with alpha-aware contrast math.
Review & jump to layers
See contrast fails, undersized touch targets (SC 2.5.8) and tiny text. Click any finding to jump straight to the layer. Gradient/image backgrounds are flagged for manual review — never guessed.
Export the audit
One click exports a clean Markdown report with WCAG / EAA references — drop it straight into your project documentation or client deliverable.
See it run.
Scan → review → export → activate Pro — the whole flow, start to finish.

What this plugin does not do.
A design-stage audit can't replace testing the implemented product. Keyboard navigation, screen-reader semantics, alt text, focus order and dynamic behavior must be verified in the build, not the mockup.
A11y Audit checks what's checkable in Figma — contrast, target sizes, text sizing — and tells you exactly which findings need manual review instead of pretending to be a complete WCAG / EAA certification. We'd rather you trust the report than oversell it.
